Compare the startup handover too
When comparing pool resurfacing proposals, keep the named interior finish beside the preparation and repair allowances. Ask who handles draining, refill and the written startup-care instructions. List waterline tile, coping and deck changes separately. A lower interior total may cover a smaller project. The Bradenton proposal worksheet helps readers record included, excluded and unanswered terms.

Define the closure before arranging work
A pool project affects access and use as well as appearance. Before accepting dates, identify the pool and edge surfaces included, access through gates or a screen enclosure, the water-handling responsibilities and the agreed return-to-use handover. Keep changes and additional repairs subject to approval. The free Bradenton scope comparison can accompany the written proposals.
